Terms of Use
Last updated September 11, 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By accessing or using this site, a visitor agrees to these terms. A person who does not agree should not use the site.
General information, not legal advice
The site provides general information, not legal advice for a particular person or matter. Reading the site, sending a form, sending a text, using the chat, or calling does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship requires a signed engagement agreement.
Using the site
Visitors must not submit false information, spam or bulk submissions, attempt unauthorized security testing, interfere with the site, or upload or transmit harmful code.
Forms
Form submissions are requests for contact only. A submission may fail or be delayed. A person with an urgent deadline should not rely on a form and should call the firm or another lawyer.
Text messages
Spanski Law sends text messages about a person's request only to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is never required to request a consultation. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. One final confirmation message may follow. Reply HELP for help, or call or email the firm.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. A person who texts confirms that the person is the owner or authorized user of the number and is at least 18.
Texts are not secure for confidential details. See the Privacy Policy.
Links and embedded services
The site includes links and services operated by other companies. Spanski Law does not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or security.
Ownership of site content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, logos, and original materials on this site belong to Spanski Law or are used with permission. They may not be copied or republished except as allowed by law.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Spanski Law makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spanski Law is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general site content, an AI assistant response, a transmission failure, or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits any duty the firm owes to a client under a signed engagement agreement or the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, or any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute concerning this site will be resolved in the state courts in Sarasota County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
Spanski Law may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
